Javiera and Catalina’s journey began as young children when they migrated to Australia with their family from Chile. They vividly recall their parents’ struggles to settle the family and build a new life in a foreign country. Later, in their twenties, they embarked on a working holiday visa to London, where they lived for six years. These personal experiences gave them a deep understanding of the challenges involved in starting over in a new country, inspiring their mission to help others navigate similar journeys.

With a combined 20 years of experience, Javiera and Catalina have supported thousands of nurses worldwide in relocating to the UK and Australia. Drawing on their own experiences and a shared passion for easing transitions, they founded MOR. Relocation — a comprehensive service designed to make migration to Australia as seamless and stress-free as possible. Their goal is to provide the same kind of support they wished had been available to their parents — and to themselves — when they first embarked on their relocation journeys.
